How to Cook, serve and store cranberries

Did you know that fresh cranberries bounce? This is one of the ways to tell if a cranberry is fresh. Other ways to tell if cranberries are fresh are to make sure they are bright red, plump and firm. To cook cranberries, add sugar and water. They are good in cakes, muffins, and on cream cheese with crackers. These berries can also be frozen.
