There are a lot of different fruit smoothie recipes out there. This particularly delicious-looking recipe includes the traditional smoothie fruits strawberries, bananas, and oranges, with a bit of lime and salt to give it a bit of a kick that many of the other recipes out there lack. Cool yourself off and get healthy at the same time with this delicious recipe.
Step-by-step instructions from the creator:
Take four oranges and extract juice out of these oranges
Next extract lime juice from one lime
Peel and cut banana into small slices
Wash and cut strawberries into small pieces. 1 1/2 cup of straw berries
Add 1/3 teaspoon of rock salt or Kala Namak. If kala namal is not available add salt.
Blend every thing together
Add ice as needed or cool it in the fridge
